Instead of adding individual users to every Space, you can now organize your team into groups to handle permissions collectively, saving time and ensuring consistency across your organization.

• Create Custom Groups: Easily build groups for specific departments, such as an "HR Department" group, and assign distinct colors for quick visual identification.
• Effortless Member Management: Quickly add members from your company directory to a group or remove them as your team evolves.
• Simplified Space Access: Grant group-level access to specific Spaces, moving away from the manual process of adding individual users one by one.
• Granular Permission Control: Define exactly what a group can do within a Space by choosing between "View," "Manage Contracts," or "Manage Space" access levels.
