Effective for Qualified Referrals submitted on or after November 1, 2022
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Contractbook’s Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral for a company or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Contractbook’s Privacy Statement.
Program Eligibility
Who is Eligible to Participate?
- Contractbook employees, consultants, investors, and friends who refer a new Customer to Contractbook through the online referral form or directly to a Contractbook Account Executive may be eligible to receive a $1,000 bonus payout.
- Active Contractbook customers who refer a new Customer to Contractbook may be eligible to receive a $1,000 bonus payout.
Who is Not Eligible to Participate?
- Contractbook employees within the Sales organization, including immediate family and household members;
- Employees of an authorized Contractbook reseller, including immediate family and household members;
- Existing customers and/or users may refer new customers to the program, but self-referrals are not allowed. Referral rewards will only be granted for referrals that result in a successful new customer sign-up and purchase;
- Individuals who are under 18 years old.
Referral Requirements
Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Bonus Payout listed below. A “Qualified Referral” is a new Customer that:
- you refer to Contractbook through the online referral form or directly to a Contractbook Account Executive;
- is not an existing lead in the Contractbook system;
- becomes Contractbook’s Customer by signing “Contractbook Subscription x [company name]” contract; and
- stays with us for 3 months as active paying customer
Contractbook reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Contractbook’s sole discretion, if Contractbook has not contacted the referral for at least six (6) months.
Bonus Payouts
A referral bonus in the amount of $1,000 for existing Contractbook customers, partners and friends will be issued for each Qualified Referral.
Bonus Payouts will be issued to the individual referrer in the form of an Amazon Gift Card.
Limit to one referral Bonus Payout per brand, franchise, decision maker, or group.
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Bonus Payouts for Qualified Referrals an individual can receive, while the Program is effective.
Contractbook will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout.
Program End Date
The Contractbook referral program outlined above is valid through December 31, 2023, or until otherwise noted by Contractbook.
Modifications
Contractbook reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice.
