Contracts are data. They contain all the essential information about your business: your customers, employees, and partners. It’s all in there.
With a PDF, the data is trapped and inaccessible, which means you have to copy/paste the information manually if you want to use it for anything. PDFs don’t allow you to extract and analyze the information in your contracts nor do they sync automatically with the rest of your workflow.
