How PDFs are Destroying your Contract Data
PDFs are great if you want to protect content and preserve a printable design of your documents. However, they are not made for the data age.
In the current technological landscape where businesses are fueled by data and the capability to share this data seamlessly across different platforms is alpha and omega, PDFs seem outdated and clumsy especially when it comes to contracts.
Contracts are data. They contain all the essential information about your business: your customers, employees, and partners. It’s all in there.
With a PDF, the data is trapped and inaccessible, which means you have to copy/paste the information manually if you want to use it for anything. PDFs don’t allow you to extract and analyze the information in your contracts nor do they sync automatically with the rest of your workflow.
So, what should you do instead?
Check out the on demand webinar on "How PDFs are destroying your contract data?" to find the answers. Our Sales Director, Alexander Irschenberger and our Head of Revenue Operations, Michael Canty, will take you through the adversities of the PDF in 30 mins. They will explain the dos and don’ts of modern contract management, and how you can future-proof your business with a new data-rich foundation for contracts.
